Access to CCTV footage is strictly controlled and requires formal approval prior to any footage being viewed, downloaded, or released by ICT. All requests must include a clear and legitimate business reason, along with approval from the appropriate Department Lead or a member of the Executive Team before ICT can proceed with retrieving or providing footage.
Once approval has been received, ICT will securely extract the requested footage and provide access via a shared link. Requesters are responsible for downloading and securely storing the footage upon receipt. ICT will delete the shared copy after an appropriate retention period and cannot guarantee that footage will remain available for future access.
Requirements for CCTV Footage Requests:
- A valid reason for accessing the footage must be provided.
- Approval from a Department Lead or Executive Team member is required before ICT can process the request.
- ICT will not release or download footage without documented approval.
- Approved footage will be provided through a secure shared link.
