Staff can request new software or applications where there is a legitimate educational or business need. Before submitting a request, staff should first check whether the required functionality already exists within software currently available through JSRACS, as many tools and features are already included in the school's existing platforms and licenses.
Any software or application request must include the software name and, if known, any associated costs. All requests will be reviewed by the ICT team to assess suitability, security, licensing requirements, compatibility and supportability within the school environment. Approval is not guaranteed and may require additional review by management.
Applications and software currently available to staff can be viewed through the Company Portal.
