To change your Windows Hello PIN:

Press the windows key or go to the search bar and type "sign in options"

And open the Sign-in options setting

IF YOU REMEMBER YOUR PIN (steps for if you've forgotten below)

Click the PIN (Windows Hello) option and press change PIN

Then enter your old PIN followed by your new PIN

Make sure to tick the Include letters and symbols option if your PIN includes those

IF YOU DO NOT REMEMBER YOUR PIN

Ensure that you have your MFA device with you (Phone)

After clicking the PIN (Windows Hello) option 

Select forgot my PIN

And Press Continue

Then enter the MFA number into your Authenticator app on your phone

Then Enter your new PIN twice

Make sure to tick the Include letters and symbols option if your PIN includes those
