This guide is designed to provide basic instruction on adding media to the Vivi signage system, managing playlists, and delegating them to the signage devices.
Requirements:
- Vivi account
- Media to Upload: pptx, jpeg, png, mp4 etc.
- (For IT): Presenter, Signage Admin Permissions

Step 1: Sign-in to Vivi Central account dashboard
- Sign in to "Vivi Central": https://admin.vivi.io/ using your provided account, to access the management dashboard.
- Note this system and it's username / password will be separate form your usual JSRACS systems password. The username is most likely your staff email address.
Step 2: Add Media for Signage display
- Once you've signed in - you should see a home page similar to that shown below.
- a) Navigate to Media on the left-hand menu bar.
- b) Select the Add Media yellow button on the right
- c) Select your media type in the drop-down box
Step 3: Assign media to playlist
- d) Navigate to Signage on the left navigation bar
- e) Select Playlists under Signage
- f) Select the playlist pertaining to the signage area you're working on
- NOTE: each Playlist is mapped to an individual Vivi device by us. Staff are only required to edit playlists, and this will be reflected in Vivi devices. The assignment of Vivi Devices to specific playlists is configured by IT
- g) Select Edit Items yellow button to add or remove the Media you've loaded into a playlist. This will open a menu window in the foreground.
- h) Select the source of media to filter from using the options at the top left of the menu
- i) The filtered options will appear below, and can be added or removed from the selected Playlist by using the yellow (+) symbol.
- j) Once an item has been inserted into the playlist; the time period that they're displayed on signage can be altered. The default is 10 seconds for most media.
- Items can also be removed with the (-) button.
- k) Finally hit Update to apply the changes you've made - you should see this reflected on the corresponding Vivi display
