As a result of Microsoft 365s email filtering rules, it is common that emails from external vendors / entities will end up in junk mail. To avoid having to constantly drag emails sent to junk to your inbox, you can classify them as 'not junk' and then can trust that sender. Upon trusting the sender all emails from that email address will be now sent to your inbox.
1. Right click on an email in your junk folder, then go Junk -> Not Junk.
2. Select the tick box that says to always email from the specified email address and press OK.
