PLEASE NOTE: This process will need to be completed for all devices from which you send emails, including your phones, vworkspace, iPads and other computers.

1. Open a new email.


2. Navigate to the messages tab. 

3. Locate the signatures box and click on the arrow for the dropdown menu. Click on signatures and a pop up box will open. 

4. On the right hand side of this box you will see ‘Choose default signature’.

  • Where it says new email, click the dropdown and select ‘none’.
  • Where it says reply and forward, click the dropdown and select ‘none’.

5. Go to the bottom of the pop up box and select OK.
