When changes have been made to internal mailboxes (school email addresses), you're outlook address book will need to be updated to reflect the changes. While the outlook address book does sync periodically, you may want to manually update your address book to receive have the latest changes, immediately.

Follow the instructions below to manually update your address book.


1. In Outlook, click on the file tab.


2. Click on "Account Settings".

3. Select "Download Address Book..." from the drop-down menu.


4. Leave all options as their defaults and click on "OK".


5. Wait for the pop-up window to finish loading and automatically close.



Your address book is now up-to-date.
