I cannot join a Teams call:
1. Ensure you are in the correct Team
2. Update the Teams app
I cannot hear my Teacher/Students:
1. Ensure your volume is turned up
2. Leave the call and rejoin
3. Restart your device.
I cannot join a call on my iPad:
1. Check to see if your app is up to date.
2. If it is, delete the app and redownload it.
Teams call drops out after 5 seconds using the app:
1. Open Chrome or another browser
2. Go to the school website > www.jsracs.wa.edu.au > Student > Office 365
3. Log in with school credentials when prompted
4. Click on Teams and join your class.
