Most devices should automatically be configured to print to the "PaperCut" print queue. This is a virtual print queue that can redirect print jobs to most MFDs around the school.

If the "PaperCut" print queue, or other standalone print queues are missing from the available printers on your Windows computer, please follow the steps below.

1. Search for "Printers & Scanners" in the start menu.

2. Click "Add device".

3. Wait for the list of printers to load. Find the require printer from the list of devices and click "Add device".

NOTE:

  • Devices are listed by name. Most standalone printers should have a label on them, listing their name.
    • MFDs do not have a label on them, but they all share the same "PaperCut" virtual queue.
  • This step may fail if you are attempting to add a printer that your account does not have print rights to, or your device is experiencing network issues.
  • If you encounter any errors, please contact itsupport@jsracs.wa.edu.au. Please ensure your ticket/email includes the printer's name.
