To restore a deleted page in OneNote, make sure you have selected the correct notebook and clicked on "Notebook Recycle Bin" found under the "History" tab.
1. Right click on the deleted page.
2. Right click on the deleted page and "click move or copy".
3. Choose the Section it came from.
4. Click on Copy.
