For students in your class:
In “teaching workspace Traditional View” screen – clock on the attendance @ icon
Your class list will now appear – select the required student and their details will appear in the SIP (Student Information Panel) on the right of screen.
For students not in your class type the student’s name in the SIP.
To create a letter click on the icon circled below (enter a pastoral care note)
Click on the Category box and select from the dropdown menu
Click on the Sub-Category to select subject from the dropdown box.
From the Template field select Assessment Title:
Type in details of the Assessment
Ensure you press enter after each statement to bring the cursor to a new line.
Save your entry
This letter will not be created. The name of the person logged in and entering this detail will appear on the letter to parents and guardians and in the student summary.
You can send an identical letter to as many students as you like just by changing the name that appears in the SIP. However, ensure you change any individual names you may have used.
Refresh the screen before creating a new letter type.
