Note:

  • Web printing only supports PDFs and picture file types (i.e. PDF, BMP, DIB, GIF, JFIF, JIF, JPE, JPEG, JPG, PNG, TIF and TIFF). You can always convert a word document to PDF then print.
  • Web printing does not provide any special formatting. i.e. Web Print jobs cannot be printed as booklets, A3, stapled, folded, etc.


  1. Open the PaperCut website through your preferred web browser using the following link; http://papercut.jsracs.wa.edu.au:9191/user
  2. Login to your PaperCut account (using your school login and password)
  3. Select Web Print from the side bar



  1. Click on Submit a Job
  2. Decide whether you would like to print with or without colour.
    1. For black and white printing, search papercut and select jsrs84\Papercut (virtual)
    2. For colour printing, search papercut and select jsrs84\PaperCut Colour (virtual)



  1. Once you have selected your printer, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on 2. Print Options and Account Selection
  2. Enter the number of copies you would like to print in the Copies field.



  1. Click 3.0 Upload Documents
  2. Upload your PDF/Picture file by either:
  1. Dragging and dropping the file from its location into the drop-in box labelled Drag files here,
  2. Or clicking Upload from computer, browsing to the file and selecting it in the pop-up menu.




  1. Once you have uploaded all the files you would like to print, click Upload & Complete.
  2. You will then be able to see a summary of your print job and can now go to any copier in the school, login with the same credentials you used to login to PaperCut, and release your print job.


If you would like to print another PDF/Picture; click Submit a Job. This will redirect you to the printer selection menu (as addressed in step 5) where you must then repeat steps 5 – 11.
