Note:
- This can only be done on school desktop computers and laptops.
- Booklet printing is only supported by a select range of applications such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Reader and Google Chrome’s pdf.
-Booklet printing supports a maximum of 60 pages.
- The following method is for word documents, however it can be done on other applications as long as you find the Print Using System Dialogue or Advanced Print button.
- Open the document you wish to print in one of the supported applications. You can right click on the document and choose Open with to change the application. Please Note: Microsoft Edge is NOT a supported application!
- In the document, open the print menu by clicking Ctrl+P or equivalent.
- Click the button Properties or Printer Properties depending on the application.
- Select Layout at the middle-top of the popup window.
- Under Fit to New Paper Size, choose your desired paper size. Please Note: If you want an A4 Booklet, choose A3 paper size.
- Next, click Booklet/Poster/Mixed Size Originals… In the popup window select Booklet Creation and Fold & Staple then OK.
- Finalise any additional settings you want and click OK to close Papercut properties.
- Press the Print button to send your document to the printer.
