PLEASE NOTE: Once you have reset your password ensure that all devices that are using that password are re-signed in to prevent you from being forcefully logged out at a later date.

Through a School Computer

1. If you are logged on and you would like to change your password this is possible by hitting Ctrl+Alt+Delete.

2. From here select the option that says Change a Password.

3. If you select this it will ask for you to type in your old password and then to type in your new password and to confirm your new password.

4. This should reset the password immediately  (you will not be signed out of the computer).

Through the IT Help Desk

1. You can go to the IT Help Desk if you are unable to access your account due to your forgetting your password.

2. Ask the person on the desk to reset your password and give them your student username, i.e. 19blogjo.

3. You will be given one of two options: 

Give you a temporary password that you will use to login next time. Although the next time you login you will be prompted to change your password to something else.

OR

Enter a new password at that current time.
