All TVs should have a Wireless HDMI Adapter. This means Windows laptops will be able to project their screen and audio to the TV wirelessly. If not, there should be appropriate cabling to plug into the other devices.
Connecting to a TV: Wirelessly
Note: Only Windows laptops will be able to connect wirelessly.
1. Select the notification icon on the bottom right of the screen. Alternatively, click Windows+P on your keyboard and skip to step 3.
2. Expand the PC options and then select project.
3. Click Connect to a wireless display.
4. Choose the TV you want to connect to.
5. If you are being prompted to input a password, enter the password displayed on the TV. If there is no password displayed, ensure the projector is set to the correct source. You can change the source using the TV remote.
6. You laptop should now be connected and projecting to the TV.
Connecting to the TV: Wired
The TV should have a connected HDMI cable. In addition, there should be appropriate adapters to connect the HDMI to different devices. View the table below and match the appropriate connection to your device.
