Note:

- This can only be done on school desktop computers and laptops.

- This is only supported by a select range of applications such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Reader and Google Chrome’s pdf. 

- The following method is for word documents, however it can be done on other applications as long as you find the Print Using System Dialogue or Advanced Print button.


  1. Open the document you wish to print in one of the supported applications. You can right click on the document and choose Open with to change the application. Please Note: Microsoft Edge is NOT a supported application!
  2. In the document, open the print menu by clicking Ctrl+P or equivalent.
  3. Click the button Properties or Printer Properties depending on the application.
  4. Under 2 Sided Print, select 1 Sided Print.
  5. Finalise any additional settings you want and click OK to close Papercut properties. Then click Print to send your document to the printer.
