AirDrop facilitates the quick and easy wireless transfer of files between supported devices using WiFi and Bluetooth.
Note:
-AirDrop only works when devices are within approximately 10 metres of each other.
-AirDrop has no file size restriction, however larger files will take a longer time.

Decline: Will decline the file transfer.
Changing AirDrop Settings
I can't see the other device in Airdrop
This may be because the recipient's device is not connected to the same WiFi (as AirDrop uses WiFi and Bluetooth) or they are not set to discoverable by you.
To change a device's discoverability look at this guide: Why can't I see the device I want to AirDrop to?
Change AirDrop Name
