Under normal circumstances, the CyberHound internet certificate should automatically install when enrolling your iPad into AirWatch. However, this is not always the case.

If you are experiencing any of the issues listed in the symptoms below, first check that you are enrolled in AirWatch. If not enrolled, use the guide linked here to enroll your iPad, then try browsing the internet or using an internet connect service. If the symptoms persist, please follow the method as written.

Symptoms:

- You are unable to login or run apps that require an internet connection.

- You have the following error message when trying to open a webpage on safari:

Method:

1. Open Safari and enter the following address "cert.localnetwork.zone" into your search bar

2. Check that the page has properly identified your operating system as "iOS", then select "Install Certificate".

NOTE: If your certificate status is already showing as "Installed", follow the steps listed here to re-authenticate in CyberHound.

3. Select "Allow" on the popup to download the profile.

4. Open the settings app and select "Profile Downloaded"

5. Select "Install" on the following prompts.

6. Open "General" settings, and select "About"

7. Scroll down and open "Certificate Trust Settings"

8. Enable the "Netbox Blue [jsracs] xxxx..." certificate, and select continue on the popup.

9. Return to safari and reload "cert.localnetwork.zone" (If the page is still open, you can refresh the page instead). The certificate status should now read "Installed".

10. You can now browse the internet and access online services (you may need to re-authenticate in Cyberhound. For steps to do so, follow the procedure described here).
