How to Install PaperCut application on Windows:

Install the PaperCut Print Queues:

1. Click here to access the PaperCut help centre. Follow the link to download the PaperCut application installer.
   • Or click here: https://papercut.com/products/ng/mobility-print/download/client/windows/
2. Run the PaperCut application installer setup to begin the installation process.
3. Follow the prompts provided by the installation dialog.
4. When prompted for a printer selection, select both "PaperCut Colour [JSRS84]" and "Papercut [Virtual FollowMe Print Queue]"

5. Enter your JSR logon credentials (username and password, NOT email) E.g. 24smitjo.

6. Wait for the installation to complete and close the setup dialog.

How to print with Papercut on Windows:

Open document to Print: 

• Open the document you wish to print in your preferred application.

Print the Document:

• Print the document by navigating to the print options within your application, and select Colour or Black & White printing options depending on your preference.
• NOTE: Colour printing will cost more money then Black & White printing.
