After the Exchange Outlook email migration from on-site to cloud storage, there's one final step that has to be completed on all devices to complete the procedure. 

 

Open Control Panel: 

  • Search for Control Panel in the start menu, found on the bottom left of your Desktop
  • This will open the control panel window

 

 

Search for and select mail within control panel search bar:

  • Within the search bar at the top right of the Control Panel window, search for mail
  • This search result will be reflected in the Control Panel options, as seen in the screenshot below.
  • Select the Mail option which appears, this will open a smaller Mail Setup window.

 

 

Select "Show Profiles"

  • Select Show Profiles within the Mail Setup window.
  • This will open an additional window which lists the mail profile on your device.

 

Remove the Mail Profile:

  • Select the only mail profile listed.
    • This mail profile may have many different names, however most will  have a name related to either JSRACS or your staff username.
    • If there are multiple profiles listed, and you're not sure which one to remove - then please consult JSR IT at the Helpdesk.
  • Remove the selected profile by hitting the remove button at the bottom of the window.
